App Review – Gravimaze by hart[dev]

We just picked up a review copy of Gravimaze, a new gravity puzzle game for iPhone developed by Hart[dev]. As a big fan of puzzle games I approached this app with caution as I haven’t had a great experience with gravity puzzlers in the past. However, After a few minutes of gameplay I just couldn’t put Gravimaze down!

Set in an assortment of visually stunning Mayan temples Gravimaze is bright, lush and brought to life by soothing melodies that keep you relaxed while finding your way to treasure. But be warned the many traps setup throughout each level will have your brain twisted….

Gravimaze Gameplay

The object of Gravimaze is to navigate your way through each maze, while collecting as many coins as possible. Navigation is simple as you use your finger to tilt your block towards the coins. There are gold coins and silver coins to collect in each level. The more coins you collect, the more points you earn.

To beat each level and grab the coins you’ll have to avoid the many obstacles and traps that stand in your way. Some of these include cement blocks and spikes that end the level if fallen onto!. This in my opinion makes gameplay lot more challenging with dozens of levels sprawling over five temples.

Gravimaze is a great 2-D puzzler for iPhone with enough content and playability to keep your brain busy for a longtime. 5 Stars all around!
